An independent knowledge project combining a public Wikipedia-backed corpus with transparent, mediated editing.
What the site does
Mediated Wiki publishes the imported English Wikipedia article corpus as a public, attributed catalog and supports community-editable live articles. Its distinctive contribution is the public decision record around contested edits. Readers can inspect what changed, why an editor objected, what evidence each side offered, and how the dispute was resolved.
Edits normally appear immediately. Another participant may challenge a specific revision, the author may respond, and the site records the ruling and rationale. Repeated or difficult disputes may be escalated for human steward review.
Wikipedia-backed articles
The imported Wikipedia corpus is a public article catalog. Its pages are readable on Mediated Wiki, linked from the alphabetical article index, and included in XML sitemap shards for search-engine discovery.
Mediated Wiki does not claim that Wikipedia text becomes original merely because it is hosted on a different domain. Every imported page preserves its Wikipedia source, contributor-history link, license, and notice that local changes may have been made.
Independence and attribution
Mediated Wiki is independently operated and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the Wikimedia Foundation, Wikipedia, Google, or OpenAI. When an article incorporates Wikipedia text, the page must preserve the applicable source, contributor-history, and Creative Commons attribution.
